Eugene stopped for a moment near the top to catch his breath, leaning against the wall. He continued along after Sylvia, hand propping him against the wall as he tried to recover from his winded state. His lungs and legs felt like they were burning after climbing so many steps.

“Hoo...Yeah, I'll try,” he nodded, “I mean, I can't really learn anything if I don't get any sleep—learned that much from school.”

Eugene looked to Sylvia with small smile, some admiration. Besides the “cool factor” of her lycanthropy, her ease with going along and explaining things without a sweat struck Eugene. Sylvia really seemed to know her stuff, and Eugene was glad she was willing to entertain some conversation and not just drag him along to his room. He did hope they were getting close though, the walk was really tiring.

“I wanna thank you again. I mean, I've gotten to see and experience more than I'd ever dare dream to, and I get to keep seeing more. If there's anything I can do to repay you, laundry or whatever or anything at all, let me know.”

Sylvia raised a brow, but only for a moment; such a young kid, and he'd been through school already? She really didn't know much about him, despite all the papers she'd snooped through. Maybe Eugene was worth getting to know better. But that was for another day.

Fishing a key out of her pocket, Sylvia held it to a doorknob, and unlocked it from the outside. Seeing the winded state of her human companion, she was certain that he would appreciate it.

"I'll let you know should I think of a suitable task," Sylvia assured him, already having a few ideas, but choosing not to bring them up just yet. She stepped into the room and motioning toward the bed, which his things were stacked upon. "Everything should be there. Otherwise the place is pretty self explanatory." There was a double door closet and a bathroom in the walls. The bed was Full sized, and beside it was an end table and a dresser. Against the wall was a tall, but thin bookshelf.

"If you need anything else, storage wise or what not, you can order it in the morning. I'm going to go and rest myself. It's been a long day." Smiling only slightly, she eased out of the room, and closed over the door.
