Probably not. A pokemon center is like a veterinarian's office. It'd be pretty busy most always.

Is there some sort of water fountain that we can sit by? Or maybe a flower garden? Otherwise, I don't know what to do...

There wouldn't be much garden in the city. If there were gardens, they'd be by people's houses, in small square plots by the curb. Water fountain, maybe, but they definitely would not be common at all. If there was one, it'd be in an extremely public place, and it'd be fairly small.

As for shopping mall... Shopping malls are usually nosiy, so I'm not sure on that one.

I'm the same as Ab, it could be too noisy. It could scare the starter Pokemon.

Please correct me if i'm wrong but didn't we discuss a shopping facility before on either the CHAT or Skype? I thought that had already been turned down.
